If you subscribe to BrightNest directly through our website, you are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used a significant portion of the content or features. All refund decisions are subject to our discretion.
We offer a 7-day free trial for our annual subscription plan when purchased via the website. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged. After the trial ends, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions begin immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you subscribed to BrightNest via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, all payments and refunds are managed directly by those platforms. You must request refunds through your Apple or Google account settings, as we cannot issue refunds for purchases made through these platforms.
